Hi! 👋🏼 My name is Rhea, and I'm a Product Designer & Strategist with foundations in engineering and business strategy!
Growing up, I was always asking questions - about how the world worked, why people did things, and so much more. My interest in the design of the physical world led me to pursue Mechanical Engineering at Boston University, where I fell in love with innovating for our communities using math and science. After spending time engineering for the real world, I developed an interest in understanding how we implement and take these products to the market, leading me to Consulting. In the past three years, I used my strategic and collaborative skills as a Management Consultant at Accenture, helping companies innovate products to make them more efficient in their processes and have greater impacts on their users. During my time consulting, my love for analog design turned digital as I came to more holistically understand products in all aspects of their life cycle, and why it is important to put our users first.
Currently, I'm pursuing my Master’s in Design @ Illinois Tech’s Institute of Design! Now, I’m looking for my next opportunity for Summer 2024... Want to work together? Drop me a line.
